Blade Printing Services cannot be responsible if delivery information does not reach the intended recipient by email. The onus is on the customer to ensure that their Spam filters will allow emails through, for example by adding email@example.com to your email address books. Blade Printing Services can only be responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is the one to which emails are sent.
Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at current UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of a change in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. You are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take several days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
Availability and Estimated Delivery Times
We will endeavour to ensure availability of all advertised products and to despatch within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this by e-mail and the product will be despatched as soon as is practicable. Blade Printing Services has no liability to you as a result of any delay in the delivery. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time by contacting us with your order number.
Orders will typically be despatched within 5 working days, using Royal Mail or courier depending on the value and weight of goods being despatched.
If you are ordering multiple products and we are out of stock of a product within the order we will despatch the other goods and forward the balance of the order when received.
We will contact you to advise you of the cost of despatching goods outside the UK.
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Complete the returns form enclosed with your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. You have 30 days to return the goods. For reduced items, you have 14 days to return your purchase. Returned items must be unused, still have the tags attached and be in their original packaging.
You will have two choices:
Request replacement – As soon as we receive the goods back and a completed return form we will despatch a replacement.
Request refund – As soon as we receive the goods back together with a completed return form we will refund you. It may take several days to reach your account.
We will not be able to accept returns on products that have been personalised. This includes products bought via bladprint.co.uk that have been customised with names or bespoke logos. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty items return policy.
If a product is faulty on arrival, please return it within 30 days. All new products are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty. If a product has failed please complete the returns form, providing details of the fault.
You will have two choices:
Replacement – As soon as we receive the goods back together with a completed returns form, we will despatch a replacement.
Request refund – As soon as we receive the goods back together with a completed returns form, we will refund you. It may take several days to reach your account.

Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
If you do not wish to receive emails from us
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org for review.
